Monday, September 21, 2009 The Nichols Family

Once upon a time, in what now seems like another life, I was a teacher. I really liked that job. My very first year of teaching, I taught fourth grade and my most studious, focused student was Drew. Drew is now in ELEVENTH grade (yikes, that makes a girl feel old) and he's practically a man! This is Drew's family and they are one amazing family. So much fun and so willing to do anything that popped into my little head. :) I had a blast working with them and I already can't wait to work with them again!

Tuesday, September 15, 2009 Yummy Baby Boy!

I travelled to Jacksonville yesterday to photograph one of my very best friends, Amber's brand new baby boy... and to see her, of course. :) Baby Evan is such a yummy little man, he was very cooperative with us, especially as long as we kept him nice and toasty. We were roasting in there and he was just as happy as he could be. And we were even able to get some sleepy pictures, even though he was super alert. Especially for one who is only 13 days old! He wanted to make sure he knew what was going on most of the time... until we got him nice and toasty again and then.. he'd pass right out! :) I absolutely fell in love with him and can't wait to do more when he's a little bit older! Enjoy!

Cinderella

Heather and Ron will celebrate their ELEVENTH anniversary in December and she can STILL fit perfectly into her wedding dress. I'm not jealous... not at all! Yeah, right... :) I think she greatly resembles Cinderella in her gorgeous princess gown...

This was definitely one of the best sessions I've ever had! Heather is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside and it makes her absolutely radiant! I'm so glad she's my friend and it was such a privledge to have the opportunity to capture her sassiness! :)

Jackie and I had so much fun down on the farm! :)
